WeSantal operates through specialized Boards and Units, each responsible for education, culture, research, skills, and digital outreach. Together, they form a unified framework for community development.
Board of Santali Education Council
Develops and manages Ol-Chiki centers in villages for literacy and language education.
Santali Cultural Preservation Board
Organizes cultural programs, festivals, and preserves Santali heritage and traditions.
Arts & Skill Development Council
Conducts training in arts, crafts, and supports youth and women entrepreneurship.
Santali Research & Heritage Board
Conducts research on tribal rights, customary laws, and documents heritage.
Digital & Communication Cell
Manages digital platforms, website, and community outreach.
Santali Cultural Review Committee
Verifies authenticity of Santali materials and issues cultural certification.
Manjhi Pargana Council
Upholds customary law and guides on traditional protocols and community decisions.
How These Units Work Together
Each board operates in coordination with the main Council and focuses on specific thematic areas. All units report to the Central Council and work under the supervision of the Manjhi-Pargana Council (MPC) for matters concerning customary law and traditional governance.
Administration
Managed by the Central Council with oversight from MPC and traditional leaders for customary law compliance.
