Central Council
Responsible for overall policy, coordination, and decision-making across all units and regional teams.
Regional Council
Supervise activities and communication among multiple villages or districts across Odisha, Jharkhand, and West Bengal.
Village Council
Formed in each participating village under the guidance of traditional leaders: Manjhi, Parnik, Naeke, Jog Manjhi, and Godet.
Traditional Leadership Hierarchy
WeSantal operates on the principles of the customary Manjhi-Pargana system, which has guided Santali communities for generations. This traditional structure ensures that decision-making remains rooted in community values and customary law.
